_{Hi I am Nandipha Mazwi, born and raised in a small village called eNjijini at  Mount Frere (KwaBhaca) in the Eastern Cape Province. I am the last of 3 daughters of Mercy Mazwi & Robert Mazwi. I matriculated in 2012 and pursued my tertiary education at South West Gauteng TVET College, where I earned an NC(V) Level 4 certificate in Information Technology and Computer Science. I have also acquired Contact Centre Level 2, 3 & 4 certificates. My passion for IT drove me to further my studies, leading to certifications in Cisco and an NQF Level 5 in System Support. Most recently, I graduated as a qualified Support Technician, equipping me with hands-on technical expertise.}
